ReplyDeleteIf she wasn't there how did she know it was suicide? Her husbands dieing & she is doing nothing to help him when she's a nurse & leaves him in the bed dieing to go wake up her kids & get them out of house? She should have immediately called 911 then have aid to Scott & shut bedroom door in case kids woke up. No way she wanted him dead. A normal person wouldn't assume suicide if they were not present most would say I have no idea what happened - wasn't home. Timing was pretty convenient too she claims he was crazy jealous- of what ? She's fat & dumpy looking! He was more attractive then her & if he was why tell him she's cheating? To push the poor guy over the edge? No - if that was the case why did he bring her to divorce lawyer day before his death? She had just found out she was losing her kids her house etc as for her tears she's crying for herself not Scott not her kids losing their dad & how it will effect the rest of their lives. She looks like a different person bleaches her hair etc come on probation? Is there no justice in this world ? What I want to know is why didn't the police test her hands for gun powder residue? My feeling is she put pillow over his head to stop blood from getting on her, to muffle sound so kids wouldn't hear & so she didn't have to look at him & if he woke up he wouldn't see her - a week after his death she's shacking up w a coworker? Ya she was devastated losing her husband! Sure!
ReplyDeleteShe winned never saw a tear. I cant believe the judge didnt turn over her sentence poor jury and poor acting on her part. Why weren't any of his friend on show to defend his character I bet they moved so much because she really did cheat watch out Shaun once a cheater always a cheater

ReplyDeleteY'all are crazy that woman is as innocent as she can be. I have the same mental problems her husband had and there is no doubt he killed his self. She called for help while he was still alive and making sounds and breathing, nobody would shoot someone then call for help while that person is still alive and can tell them who done it. People live through gun shot head wounds all the time so for all she knew he may pull through it. I have no doubt he did it go his self. Lots of suicide happens during a break up or divorce we all know this
ReplyDeleteHow many times has this same thing happened. Someone finds out their partner cheated on them or wants to leave them then they kill their self. This is the most common reason for suicide. I believe that Scott took his own life and did it in such a questionable strange way so that it would look like she did it. I absolutely believe he did it that way to try and frame her.

ReplyDeleteThe woman is clearly innocent! Law enforcement and the public in general always go straight to murder because it makes for a better story. People love drama. She never would have called 911 if he was still breathing and alive if she pulled the trigger. He had mental problems, was depressed and finally decided to end it.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea whether this woman was guilty or not. But as for not shedding tears in court - defendants are told NOT to show ANY emotion. They can get tossed out of the courtroom if they do. Not to mention that the press will twist any emotion shown. So please don't base an entire opinion on whether or not someone shows remorse or sheds tears in court. Look at the facts on both sides.
